RULES FOR DEPOSIT MATCH SIGN-UP BONUSES:

Rules for any signup bonus of 100% or more:

• If you play Real Series Video Slots, Blackjack, Multi-Hand Video Poker, and Video Poker, wagering requirements are 25 times the deposit and bonus received. Any bonus where the majority of wagers are played on Blackjack (game family) and Vegas 3 Card Rummy, require twice the regular play requirement.

• Bonuses of 100% or more are non-cashable and have a maximum cash-out of 10 times the amount of the deposit, unless a previous agreement with management has been arranged. Any special agreement will be confirmed by e-mail.
• These types of sign-up bonuses are for amusement purposes only and therefore cannot be cashed out.

RULES FOR RELOAD BONUSES:

Bonuses under 50%:

• If you wish to play other games (excluding those listed above and including Baccarat, Craps, Roulette and Pontoon 21) the wagering requirements are 20 times the deposit and bonus received.


• The maximum cash-out for regular customers is up to $500.00 in bonus money.


• The maximum cash-out for VIP/High Roller customers is up to $1000.00 in bonus money.

Bonuses 50% or more:

• If you play Real Series Video Slots, Blackjack, Multi-Hand Video Poker, and Video Poker, wagering requirements are 30 times the deposit and bonus received. Any bonus where the majority of wagers are played on Blackjack (game family) and Vegas 3 Card Rummy require twice the regular play requirement. If you wish to play other games (excluding those listed above and Baccarat, Craps, Roulette and Pontoon 21) the wagering requirements are 25 times the deposit and bonus received.


• Bonuses of 50% and over are NON-CASHABLE and have a maximum cash-out of 10 times the amount of the deposit, unless there has been a previous agreement made with management. Any special agreement will be confirmed by e-mail. If a bonus was misused, the bonus amount will be removed before approval.


• If at anytime a NO PLAYTHROUGH bonus is redeemed and 30% or more is wagered on Blackjack, Vegas 3, Card Rummy or Real Series Video Slots, then the no play-through bonus becomes a 25x play-through bonus.


• You must request a bonus prior to playing your deposit. If a client requests a bonus after playing on their deposit, they will run the risk of missing out on the promotion. If a client repeatedly requests bonuses after having played on their deposits, the most they will be entitled to cash-out is ten times the last deposit amount made.

RULES FOR INSURANCE/CASH BACK BONUSES:

• If you play Blackjack, Multi-Hand Video Poker, Video Poker and War, wagering requirements are 15 times the deposit and bonus received.


• For other games (excluding those listed above along with Craps, Roulette, Baccarat and Pontoon21) the wagering requirements are 10 times the deposit and bonus received.


• Maximum cash-out for regular customers is the amount of original deposit.


• Maximum cash-out for VIP customers is twice the amount of original deposit.


• The Insurance Bonus amount is NON CASHABLE. Customers can cash-out a specific amount of winnings generated with the bonus depending on their player status, as mentioned above.

RULES FOR COMP POINTS:

• You may not accumulate Comp Points when using free chips or previous comps.


• The minimum Comp Points that can be redeemed is 10.


• Comp Points will be credited into the player’s account only if their current balance is zero and they do not have pending withdrawals.


• You must wager the comp’s total of 15 times before cashing out.


• Regular players may cash-out a maximum of 10 times the comp points amount redeemed.


• VIP Club members may cash-out a maximum of 15 times the comp points redeemed.


• If you have received any winnings within the prior 30 days, you will only be eligible to the dollar equivalent of the comp points.

RULES FOR FREE CHIPS:

• Promotion is available once per person, family, household, address, e-mail address, credit card number, and environments where computers are shared (university, library, school, workplace, etc.)


• If you have previously enjoyed any of our non-deposit free chip offers, you will not be eligible for any successive non-deposit free offers until and unless you have made a real money deposit within 3 months.
