Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawing funds from Palace of Chance casino is quick and easy. All you have to do is go into the casino cashier and click WITHDRAW from the menu at the top of the screen, choose your method, enter the amount you would like to withdraw and click SUBMIT.

NOTE: Some of our withdrawal methods have small fees attached. These fees will be removed from the amount of the withdrawal you are approved to be sent.

Pending Withdrawals:

Our casino cashier is setup to accept any and all requests made from your real money balance. This does not mean that you will be approved for the amount you request. All withdrawal requests are reviewed by our Withdrawals Department and approval amount depends on several things including the bonus coupon you used with your deposit, whether or not you are playing with deposited funds or free chips, and if you have met all rules and regulations associated with the bonus you have redeemed.

If, for some reason, your withdrawal request is going to be denied, it will happen within 72hrs of the time you made the request. If you would like to check your eligibility for withdrawal at the time of request, please contact us.

Approved Withdrawals:

All withdrawal requests that are valid will be approved for payout within 10-15 business days of the date requested. Payments will be made within 10-20 business days from approval date.

We require all players who withdraw after having deposited by Credit Card to have sent in a valid and up to date Credit Card Agreement Form. Please contact us once your withdrawal is approved to find out if we will be requiring documents in order to process your payment.

Due to the current climate in payment processing, Palace of Chance has a limit of $2,000 per week that can be paid to players. If you have won more than $2,000, you will be paid in increments of $2,000 per week until you are paid out in full.
