Minors are strictly forbidden to play. No purchase is necessary to play. Players may enter and play games free of charge and without betting of money. Players who choose to play for money do so at their own discretion and risk. As in any gambling game, there is the risk of loss of money. By using the Games software, Players agree to be bound by the following:

• The Player must be at least 21 years of age to be eligible to play.


• The Player understands that the Player may play games free or for money.

• The Player shall hold the Company, its employees, officers, directors, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents and retailers harmless and shall fully indemnify the same from any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages whatsoever that may arise as a result of Player’s; (i) entry, use, or reuse of the Website, (ii) use of any materials at the website, (iii) entry, use, or reuse of the Casino Server, (iv) participation in the game, or, (v) the acceptance of any Prize.


• The Player shall periodically review these terms and conditions posted at this website at a rate not less than once monthly. A player is advised to record all transactions offline.


• The Player shall not participate in the Games, open, use or reuse an account, enter the website, or the Casino, nor accept any Prize if the Player should not fully understand, agree to, become a party to, and shall abide by, without exception, all rules, regulations, terms and conditions contained herein and as such rules, regulations, terms and conditions may change from time-to-time.


• When providing your e-mail to download our software, sign up for an account, or participate in any special offer, you agree to receive e-mails containing promotions of Palace of Chance and associates.


• All payouts shall require the submission of an approved Player Certification form. Player Certification Forms must be submitted by either fax or e-mail. In the event that a player’s submitted information is not factual and not identical to the account registration information, withdrawals may be cancelled at the Management’s discretion.


• After placing a deposit, you are able to play immediately.


• Members are solely responsible for their account transactions and should keep their account information confidential. Should a member give away, share or lose his account number and/or password, Palace of Chance will not be held liable for any claims regarding that account. Personal identity and details of all members will remain confidential. Palace of Chance will not report wagering information on behalf of any member. All rules, regulations, and payoffs contained herein are subject to change revision by the management without prior written notice.

GENERAL CASINO RULES:

You hereby agree to have fully read and understood the Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. Only one active account is allowed per player, per family, per computer, per address and per credit card, unless by prior agreement by the Casino management. Winnings will only be paid to players having ONE account. If the player has more than one account, all winnings will be void and the accounts closed. Palace of Chance reserves the right to request further documentation and or withhold the bonus amount. Family or co-habitants are not eligible for the referral bonus. All bonuses are good toward one individual. Accounts with duplicate IP addresses, Names, Addresses, Telephone Numbers, e-mail addresses, or other information may be restricted from bonuses at Palace of Chance’s sole discretion.

To be eligible to any bonus or winnings, all casino accounts must have a valid name, address, e-mail address and telephone number.

Baccarat, Craps, Roulette, Pontoon 21 and War do not qualify towards wagering requirements of any of our promotions unless otherwise stated. If you play one of these games first and then play eligible games only in order to complete the wagering requirements for cashing out, this will be deemed abuse of the promotion. Play-through requirement bonuses do not apply playing the above mentioned games.

Unless otherwise stated, any bonus where the majority of wagers are played on Blackjack (game family) requires 2X the stated wagering requirements to withdraw any funds.

Players from Denmark, Australia, Israel, Austria, Netherlands, Poland, China and Finland are welcome to play at Palace of Chance Casino but are not eligible for any bonuses we may have available. Palace of Chance Casino will not be responsible for such customers signing up or redeeming bonuses. In no case will “cash out reversals” count toward any type of bonus unless management approves the cash-out and re-deposits it into the player’s account with the player’s consent.

Palace of Chance reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the accuracy of account login information. If such information is not provided, Palace of Chance may use its sole discretion to determine eligibility.

You are entitled to withdraw any portion of your deposit at any time subject to withdrawal limits. When fully cashable, you may cash-out your bonus only after you have completed the required play-through, stated for each coupon independently.

Palace of Chance casino is committed to the prompt payout to all its loyal customers. All payouts will be processed within 48 hours and will be sent to the chosen withdrawal method within the next 24 hours.

Payouts for the Players claiming special promotions of 100% or higher or identified as Advanced Players will be processed within 3-7 business days and will be sent to the chosen withdrawal method within the next 48 hours.

If you deposited with a credit card you will need to have an authorization form with the signed transaction sheet on file in order to request a cash-out.

Any player exhibiting “bonus hunting/abusing” behavior may have their account terminated and/or bonuses seized. Bonus hunting/abusing behavior is defined by the management on a case-by-case basis. Lifetime Max Cash-out Rule: When a player’s total amount of bonuses received over the lifetime of their account is greater than or equal to the total amount of deposits made, the maximum cash-out will be ten times the deposit from which the player hit their win.

Players cannot redeem additional coupons if they have a balance or pending cash-out, unless due to a previous agreement with management. Any special agreement will be confirmed by e-mail. Players are not entitled to accumulate slot bonus points (such as Frozen Assets Snowflake Bonus and the Diamond Mine Deluxe Bonus) off of any type of casino promotional money/comps with the intention of hitting the previously acquired win with a deposit with no bonus or a no maximum cash-out bonus. Such wins will be considered null and void and will be removed from the player’s account, and their deposit returned.

Player’s who win a sum regarded by the Management as worthy of publicity agree to make their self and/or likeness available for any event of such a nature arranged and paid for by the casino.

Palace of Chance reserves the right to use first names, general location, and/or login name in any promotional announcement.

Promotions are for a limited time only and Palace of Chance reserves the right to terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, bonuses cannot be combined.

In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Manager will be considered full and final.
